Grand Ronde Rent Well Sign Ups
Rent Well Classes will be held on both Tuesday, May 5th and Thursday, May 21st from 9:30am - 2:30pm. Lunch will be provided from 12pm - 12:30pm. These classes will be in-person only at Grand Ronde Community Center and FREE to attend. You must attend both classes to complete Rent Well and graduate.
About Rent Well
Rent Well is a tenant education program that helps empower Oregon & Washington residents with the knowledge and skills to navigate renting successfully. The lessons cover budgeting, the application process, communication skills, tenant rights, landlord expectations, unit maintenance, moving tips, and much more. Upon graduating from the class, there is a $5,000 deposit guarantee for Landlords if they choose to opt-in and you provide your Landlord the graduation certificate.
