2025 Polk County Adopt a Family Supporter Registration
Thank you for you interest in being a supporter of the 2025 Polk County Adopt a Family Program. The Polk County Adopt a Family Program is a holiday assistance program that focuses on connecting children from all across Polk County with gifts during the holiday season.

Here is how to help:

Donate online: 100% of donations will be used to purchase gifts for children who we are unable to match with a donor.

Volunteer: There are many opportunities to support the holiday project with your time, coordinators will send out information about specific volunteer opportunities and registration information by the week of Thanksgiving.

Is my donation tax deductible?

Yes, all donations to the holiday assistance program are tax deductible, all receipts will be sent out via email no later than one week following the donor drop off event.
