Polk County Older Adult Summit

Please fill out the event registration below. The event is in-person only and will take place at the Western Oregon University Richard Woodcock Education Center on Wednesday, March 11th from 8:30am - 1pm. 8:30am - 9am will be an optional coffee & networking time and the event will start at 9am. Parking and other event details will be emailed to you 1 week prior to the event. This event will be all about how to serve Older Adults in Polk County. You will hear from speakers from Social Security, Mid-Willamette Valley Community Action Agency, Monmouth Senior Center, and more. Lunch will be provided after the event from 12-1pm ***Feel free to bring brochures and any other program information if it pertains to serving older adults 50-75 copies) to the event.***
